Tolulope Adedoyin, former State Chairman of African People’s Alliance Party (APA) and education advocate, has publicly commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his efforts in improving the education system in Oyo State.
Adedoyin stated, “Governor Makinde’s commitment to education is evident in the various initiatives and programs he has implemented since taking office. The increase in funding for schools, the construction of new classrooms, and the establishment of a computer-based test center are just a few examples of how the Governor is working to improve education in the state.”
Adedoyin also praised Governor Makinde for his emphasis on vocational education and skill acquisition, stating that it will provide opportunities for young people to gain practical skills and improve their employability.
Adedoyin added, “I am confident that with the Governor’s continued efforts, Oyo State will soon become a model for education in Nigeria.”
The Governor’s office also stated that they are committed to continue to improve the education sector in the state and make it more accessible to every student in Oyo state.
