The Bunkpurugu Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) Elisha Thomas Naan, has lambasted New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer hopeful , Kennedy Agyapong for his careless talks.
According to the Bunkpurugu constituency Chairman, the Member of Parliament(mp) for the Assin Central constituency personality is not fit in anyway to be a flagbearer who can lead the NPP to break the 8.
He indicated that flagbearer hopeful met with delegates in the Bunkpurugu constituency and the manner in which he addressed them, they were not impressed and felt insulted.
“When he came here the way he talked to us we were not happy but we pretended and received him. He said our MPs since 1992 have under performed and that if they were here he would have arranged them and lash them. How can you talk carelessly like this “.
He made this known when the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia met with delegates in the Bunkpurugu constituency.
The Bunkpurugu Constituency Chairman however assured the Vice President that they believe in his vision and plans he has for Ghana and for that matter they are assuring him of a 100% vote come November 4 NPP primaries.
“Bunkpurugu Constituency delegates are ready to make sure that the 100% vote is given to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia”.
