Social media users shared a video of a woman who was seen reportedly stealing diapers from a retailer. People started discussing about the video after it was released on social media. The woman can be seen in the video pulling out the diapers that she is accused of stealing from beneath her top. The woman in the video was allegedly insulted by store employees and security.
Social media users argued that the store employees had no right to make the woman feel uncomfortable. They claimed that she is likely going through a difficult time and is unable to support her child financially. They claimed that the employees’ behaviour was inappropriate. Others, however, claimed that the narrative would have changed if it had been a man.
Many well known people offered to help her, the likes of Lady Du and BI Phakade.
It was recently posted that the lady received the help she wanted, in the most recent pictures you can see a room full of diapers and food stuff. This caused a stir on social media with some claiming that she didn’t deserve it, it’s not only her who has such problems but others don’t choose to steal, some claim this is an award for bad behaviour.
