The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP in the last general elections and former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has reacted after he received all state party chairmen of the New Nigeria Peoples Party in Abuja today.
Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a former Governor of Kano State contested the last presidential election under the platform of the New Nigeria Peoples Party. He, however, lost the presidential election to the standard flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has since visited the new President to congratulates him.

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso said; “Earlier today, I received all state party chairmen of our party, the NNPP, alongside other top officials of the party, on a homage at my residence in Abuja.”
Recall that a group within the New Nigeria Peoples Party on Tuesday (today) suspended Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, citing “material evidence” in public affirming the former Kano state governor was involved in “anti-party activities in various meetings”

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso stated further; “I’m thankful for the visit. And I commend them for their continued efforts in upholding the party’s principles. – RMK”
