There is a vast amount of advice on the internet on steps that revitalizes the body. Some have discovered them to be beneficial, while in others they failed utterly. The reason behind this might be an individual’s consistency and devotion towards the practices or probably their overall genetic make up. In the end we are all human, although most studies are big on individuality and facts on how one thing can be favorable to me and not to you are galore. Beginning a journey to a healthy lifestyle might cost you monies, but let us be fair on this one. Here are some zero money ways to energize and keep healthy:
Have a big glass of water before breakfast
This is usually overlooked but starting off your day with regular water that is at room temperature is genius and a great start to your day. Water has enormous health benefits and it is nature’s sweet drink. This might sound crazy, but whatever I start off my morning with, be it drink or food, I feel like my body absorbs the substances that make up the thing consumed faster than when I am filled or at a different time of the day. Therefore, according to my common sense, be careful what you take on an empty stomach especially in the morning.
Do these 3 exercises right after jumping out of bed, I call it the 30secs rule.
Jumping jacks (10 seconds)
Jump squats ( 10 seconds)
Burpees (10 seconds)
Why? This will get your heart pumping and fresh oxygen to your organs in just 30 seconds, giving your brain a natural wake up boost.
Have this for breakfast
If you have the time, whip up some oatmeal or mabela porridge and add whatever you desire. Perhaps you’re on the go, grab an apple instead ( are you familiar with the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away?” Well try it, you’ll see.)
Use cold water for showers or baths once in a while
I have experienced that cold water is nature’s caffeine, be it to the skin or in drinking.
PRAY
Of course we are different. A major advice to whom it may concern: pray always. The prayer of Faith preserves the believer and if anything taken, be it food or drink or whatever that goes on and in in the body, that is proven to hold some health risks or side effects, I believe the Lord can sustain a believer even in harsh conditions. Not all can afford a healthier alternative to their diet, but all can develop a healthier alternative to their spiritual life. Physical exercise is of some value, but spiritual exercise is even better. The spirit sustains the body, but it is good to be conscientious about what you eat.
