“Uhuru Weakened Institutions That Could’ve Protected Him” Professor Gitile Alleges

Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta is a Kenyan politician and the immediate former president of the Republic of Kenya. He is from Gatundu South Constituency in the vote rich Mt Kenya region. The retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta served from 2013 to 2022, serving for two terms as per the 2010 Kenyan Constitution. However, he has been facing political witch hunt from the current regime which is headed by president William Samoei Arap Ruto who served under him as his deputy president.

But the retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta has received a morning shocker as what he did to institutions is publicly revealed to Kenyans. According to NTV News Kenya, Professor Gitile Naituli said that the former president weakened institutions which now could have protected him; he weakened the police structure which had been given independence by the 2010 Constitution.
