The ministry of education has established the Kenya universities and colleges central placement service (KUCCPS) to be placing students to higher institutions of learning, the students that are eligible to be placed by the KUCCPS must have sat for the Kenya certificate of secondary education exams.
There are several courses that are available for students to choose and in each case the Kenya universities and colleges central placement service has set a minimum requirement for the students to apply. Today we present you the minimum requirements of bachelors degree in nursing, law and medicine and surgery which are among the popular courses in the country.
Law
To quallify for law the minimum subject requirement is a B(plain) in Kiswahili or English.
Nursing
To study this degree course you must have scored a C+(plus) and above in Chemistry, Biology, Maths or Physics and either in English or Kiswahili.
Medicine and surgery
One is required to have at least a B(plain) in Chemistry, Biology, Maths or Physics and English or Kiswahili to pursue medicine and surgery
