Did You To Know That These 3 Men In The Bible Never Died?

There are three men who are mentioned in the Bible who are thought to have lived forever without passing away. Each of these men had a distinct relationship with God and contributed significantly to the development of the Bible in their own vital way.

Enoch

According to the Bible, Enoch, who was Noah’ s great- grandfather, is the first man who is claimed to have lived his entire life without ever passing away. Enoch was a prophet, and the people of his time listened to him when he told them of the impending judgment of God because of him.

The biblical account states that Enoch lived for 365 years until God took him from this world. It is written in Genesis 5: 24 that Enoch ” walked with God, and he was not, since God took him. ”

This scripture reminds us that Enoch had a strong relationship with God and that God made the decision to take him to heaven without him having to go through the process of dying physically. In addition, Enoch is mentioned in the book of Hebrews, where it is stated that he was a witness to the arri of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 11: 5).

Elijah

In Israel, Elijah served as a prophet during the time that King Ahab and Queen Jezebel were in power. It was well known for him to speak out against the idols and fictitious gods that the people of Israel had begun to worship. He was known for his courage in doing so.

In addition to this, he worked a great number of miracles, such as calling down fire from heaven to demonstrate that the God of Israel was the one and only true God (2 Kings 1: 10- 12). He was the instrument that God used to bring about change and repentance in Israel. According to the Bible, Elijah was miraculously transported to heaven in the form of a whirlwind, escaping death in the process (2 Kings 2: 11).

” As they were strolling along and conversing with one another, all of a sudden, a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah flew up to heaven in a whirlwind. ”

Melchizedek

Even though Melchizedek is only referenced in a few places in the Bible, his part in the story is extremely important. King Melchizedek was also a priest of the Most High God at the time of the biblical account (Genesis 14: 18).

After Abraham had freed his nephew Lot from captivity, he came face to face with Abraham and blessed him. The book of Hebrews describes Melchizedek as ” without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life. ”

This refers to the fact that Melchizedek did not have a biological family (Hebrews 7: 3). This is taken to imply that he did not come from human stock and was therefore immune to the effects of death.
