The Nigerian Immigration Services (NIS) has launched a Passport Complain Form, an online portal that allows Nigerians to log in the issues they are facing in obtaining their Passport.
The NIS reveals this on its Twitter account a couple of hours ago. According to the NIS, the portal will enable them to keep track of the issues and be able to serve Nigerians who are living in the country and abroad better.
It promises to give utmost attention to the complaints that would be received from the site. Affected persons are to visit bit.ly/NISpcf
The post partly read, “To enable us to keep track and follow through with the numerous issues experienced while trying to obtain the Standard Nigerian Passport, the Service is launching the Passport Complaints Form.
“This way, while we seek to improving our service delivery process, the data garnered would help our “internal machinery” in ensuring that Nigerians get top notch service; both within and outside the country.”
