The governor of Rivers State, claimed that Rotimi Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers State, is trying to challenge him, but according to him he is unqualified to do so. Woke said this at a meeting with the Ogbu Bolo leaders. Before starting a battle, he encouraged him to get his blood pressure checked because his desire to fight him would cause his BP to rise more than the usual.
Nyesom Wike continued by saying that fighting is physically rather than verbally carried out. He stated that none of them are powerful enough to contend with him, and even if they were, they might pass out in the process.
He stated: “I’ll tell you, Amaechi, your son, none of them are capable of defeating me. Don’t worry, we’ll smoke them out soon. That’s not how it works. The heat will cause your blood pressure to rise, and if it does, your doctor might not be available, so you should check your blood pressure, sugar level, and any other internal organs to see whether you are prepared. So, you must use extreme caution.”
