President William Ruto has made it known that his government is intruducing new ways in the fight against insecurity in the country. The president has approached a model whereby the security of ordinary citizens is not interfered with. The fundamental rights and freedom of citizens must be adhered to according to the president.

It’s a fact that most police officers have used their powers excessively especially to harm other Kenyans. It’s obvious that extrajudicial killings happened a lot during the tenure of president Uhuru Kenyatta especially where several bodies were dumped in River Yalla.
