A fresh graduate of Ambrose Alli University Godsent Obhafuoso recently died after being shot by a policeman in Edo State during a party. The brother of the deceased, Michael Obhafuoso had revealed in an interview with Punch Metro that his brother Godsent was a victim of circumstances. He alleged that Godsent had escorted his boss to a party when he was shot by a police at his ribs during the occasion. Michael identified that Godsent is their last baby in the house and he’s the most loved among them because of his behavior.
What appears to have hurt the family more about the death of Godsent is the fact that he had a dream of exploring the world after leaving school. Michael revealed what Godsent told the family while he was alive, he said, ”While he was still in the University, Godsent told us his dream was to travel to the United kingdom to further his education immediately after his National Youth Service Corp program. He reminded our mother of it on Friday, August 12, 2022, before traveling to join the boss at Irrua and from there they went to the Burial ceremony where he met his untimely death.”
