Special assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Social Media, Ossai Ovie Success, has taken to social media to discuss about his encounter with a shop owner in Nigeria and the redesigned Naira notes that were printed by the CBN few weeks ago.
Ossai Ovie Success who spoke about such issues through his official Facebook page, revealed that he was in Warri, Delta State, and he decided to buy something with the new Naira notes.
The special assistant however, disclosed that the money was rejected by the lady in charge of the shop he went to.
According to Ossia Ovie Success;
“She said she can’t take the money because the money is not fine and she hasn’t seen the money before. I felt disappointed”.
