Upper East Region’s reigning Artiste Of The Year Pandy Bobby in a Facebook post acknowledged and appreciated the organizers of the Awards scheme, the sponsors, and individuals who have been part of his growth and contributed to his win.
He won the Overall Artist of the Year at the 4th edition of the Happy Man Bitters – Upper East Awards, held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at the Gnat Hall in Bolgatanga.
He shared the category with Elvis nsoh- time, stevo atambire, Kilimore, StayBoy sarauta, Nambawan, Rockcity, Zarious, Soorebia, King Awaaga.
The AOTY win comes with a project fund of GHC 20,022.00 from Happy Man Bitters to directly enhance his music career, also, he will receive products from Charger Limited with possible opportunities of partnership with Charger Limited for mutual growth.
He also beat fierce competition to win the “Most Popular Song Of The Year” for his song “Bungerigo” which features Rockcity Kurt and Nambawan. He is given a cash price of GHC5000.00 and a whole year’s supply of products from Happy Man Bitters as a package attached to that win.
