The man identified as Nkosinathi Sibanyonu reportedly made his first court appearance on Friday the 18th of February in the Mayflower Magistrate\u2019s Court .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);\">Nkosinathi got arrested on Wednesday when the minibus that he was driving overturned . It was made known by the National Prosecuting Authority that besides the nine charges of Culpable homicide that were being faced by the driver , he was also facing a charge of driving a minibus that was unroadworthy . It was also stated that the minibus did not have a licence either .The case was however postponed to the 2nd of March 2022 .
