Citizens are registering to vote and they will vote regardless of your fraudulent antics!<\/p>\n<p>The worst institution on planet earth is this zanu pf captured ZEC. If they had any dignity in them, all ZEC staffer would resign en-masse starting with Chigumba. Shame.<\/p>\n<p>Zec is not an independent  that the biggest challenge in Zimbabwe, They changed addresses intentionally and manually \u2013 no other explanation \u2013 Serious Breach!! An EXPLANATION SOLVES NOTHING much i\u2019m afraid!!! \ud83e\udd26. LlThe main problem is that, it can not be reversed because when they save the new address, the old one is lost \ud83d\ude41 You edit, it\u2019s gone \u2013 simple!<\/p>\n<p>So they will have to figure out and get hold of everyone with a changed address to figure out their real address which is tricky, because not everyone has the facilities to check if theirs has been altered unless if everyone who was moved was moved to the same place making identifying them easier.
