This is because Barcelona played against one of the strongest but underrated Spanish teams, Epsanyol, the same team that defeated Real Madrid in their last clash.

Despite the fact that Barcelona FC had an early lead after a wonderful goal from Pedri, the match ended in a draw. After my analysis and research, I discovered that Barcelona FC’s victories were jeopardized by Xavi’s mistakes. They include the following.

(1) He played as Gavi’s winger: Everyone knows that Gavi is a talented footballer, but it’s crystal clear that he plays best as a midfielder. But unfortunately, Xavi played him as a winger. Instead of crossing balls and creating opportunities just like Adama does, Gavi kept on playing back passes, which constantly slowed the attack.

(2) He did not Start Dembele and Aubameyang:

At first, I thought Barca’s game against Espanyol would be a sure winning for Barca because they now have good attackers, which they have always lacked. These attackers, Dembele and Aubameyang, are among the hottest in the world currently.Unfortunately, to my greatest surprise, he never started them. If he played them from the kick off, Barcelona would have had more goals. Adama created lots of chances but most of them wasted due to none reliable strikers.

Content created and supplied by: Frankmedia (via Opera
News )

    , . , .
