Many social media users are scratching their heads as they try to make sense of DJ Sbu\u2019s motivational video  people to hug trees as a way to live healthier lives.<\/p>\n<p>The Mofaya businessman chats to his fans in the video, which is now trending on Twitter, about unlocking a person\u2019s spiritual awakening and the different strategies that may be utilized to achieve so. \u201cYour hair is your crown, embrace it,\u201d he wrote in the video. Connect with nature, it is your wellspring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you get a chance, simply walk barefooted, just walk barefooted, on your green grass or the floor.\u201d \u201cWhenever you get the chance, hug a tree.\u201d \u201cYou can hug a tree for around 2-3 minutes,\u201d DJ Sbu added.
