I\u2019ve seen that, there there is no order people are just throwing every dirty at anywhere at any time. Nobody is monitoring the kind of dirty being dumped or the kind of rubbish that are thrown at certain places that are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>The city council which is responsible for taking out dirty or bins from the residential places are nomore functioning. Sometimes when you ask a question or the reason why it is like that, you can be told that sometimes the government does not to give fuel to the drivers or the truck operators that are suppose to carry out rubbish.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like someone is a doing something intentionally knowing what that person stands to gain if the country is in ruins or if there is more damage is done. The sewer pipes are broken everywhere, so it looks like the government is looking for ways to damage the country more because they gain a lot from the damage. It looks like they feed on the damage of their own country.<\/p>\n<p>Not just illegal dumping but also the amount of flies that are getting in the houses, you can just see that this is some of the causes for a cholera. Also you look at when it is this raining season, they are a lot of things that are getting a rotten and also having a challenge for electricity, electricity can go for days and the things that are in the refrigerators they get rotten, and they get thrown away at the same dumping places. This will also cause infiltration in the environment, so they are quite a number of things that one can put into the consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Mbare Musika is one of the dangers, there is no order there, rotten tomatoes, rotten vegetables, everything is coming from there, so whenever there is such kind of a challenge, it will be coming from such a place. It is congested with the rotten stuff, congested with people, congested with a rotten buildings, it really need the transformation of some sort. No wonder Zimbabweans are eager to give a chance to Chamisa.
