I do not subscribe to government giving cash to football but government can invest in the form of infrastructure,\u201d he said on<em><strong> GTV Sports Plus<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the\u00a0Black Stars\u00a0play in the Africa Cup of Nations, the eyeballs that it attracts gives the country more publicity than what the state agencies responsible for tourism probably have done for the country,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Nyantakyi\u00a0added that many people in the other parts of the world like Asia got to know the brand Ghana when the\u00a0Black Stars\u00a0qualified to the 2006 FIFA World Cup tournament in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI remember that when I went to Korea and Japan in 2006, I met a lot of people who said that they didn\u2019t know Ghana until the\u00a0Black Stars\u00a0qualified to the FIFA World Cup.
