Thus, providing a framework for re-registration makes it possible for all Mobile Network Operators to follow due procedure during re-registration. <\/p>\n<p>From the group of petitioners and concerned group, they indicate that the lack of a productive framework has made the procedure cumbersome. Individuals form long queues in order to get their sim card re-registered. This wastes a lot of valuable time that could significantly affect the economic situation of the country.
