And this mishkaki recipe will leave your family satisfied and craving for more.<\/p>\n<p>Let us prepare a mishkaki with crushed potatoes and gravy meal.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#000\">What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1kg Kenchic boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon turmeric<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon garlic ginger minced<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup white vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon honey<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#000\">Method: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a glass bowl mix all the above ingredients. Thread the chicken cubes on a skewer alternating with a slice of onion and a slice of sweet pepper, about four cubes of chicken per skewer.<\/p>\n<p>Retain the extra marinade from the chicken we will use it to make a gravy sauce. Now pan sear the skewers, you will need 2 tablespoons oil.<\/p>\n<p>In a nonstick pan over medium heat add in the oil and sear the skewers until golden brown and cooked towards inside.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#000\">The gravy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup of the chicken marinade that was retained from the chicken marination.<\/p>\n<p>1 cup water<\/p>\n<p>Chopped fresh coriander<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon oregano<\/p>\n<p>Using the same pan that you pan seared the skewers add the butter, go in with the flour and mix well with a whisk.<\/p>\n<p>Add the marinade with one cup of water and mix well until smooth. Add the fresh chopped coriander and oregano bring to a boil until thick and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#000\">To make crushed potatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg potatoes, peeled and boiled<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n<p>Chopped fresh coriander<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon oregano<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#000\">Method: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a pot with the boiled potatoes remove any excess liquid, while potatoes are still hot add in the butter, coriander, oregano and salt.<\/p>\n<p>Using a spatula slightly crush the potatoes and you mix then to get the flavours intact.
