After filing and showing an undeniable evidence, he won his appeal against them<\/p>\n<p>Earlier on, Joynews had reported Kevin Taylor to Youtu.be Officials that Kevin Taylor infringed on their copyright policy by using Portions of their video.<\/p>\n<p>According to Joynews, Kevin Taylor further published defamatory video about President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo that he holds a fake law certificate.<\/p>\n<p>After receiving the complaint, YouTube pulled down Kevin Taylor&#8217;s video and warned him for the last time. Unsatisfied by the conduct of YouTube Kevin Taylor submitted evidence to back his video. He also proved beyond doubt that he used the  of Joynews fairly and credited them which is acceptable by YouTube channel policies.<\/p>\n<p>After checking the facts from Kevin Taylor, they rubbished the claims of Joynews and restored the video in dispute.
