An eyewitness, Awo Aejirah narrated the happening of the incident to the Police. She said Robert sells meat at the Nkwanta Fofo market. Robert returned him with his son and Awo said she heard the boy crying in the house. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/e327a1cf98f549d39c390aef5f7f33f2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Robert&#8217;s phone got missing at Nkwanta Fofo market when he went to work. But he blamed the boy for his phone&#8217;s\u00a0She went to see for herself and saw the man chasing his son with a cane in the house. The boy was crying and Robert was still caning him. Robert blamed his son for his phone getting missing. <\/p>\n<p>Awo intervened and told Robert that he cannot blame the child for such an incident. She had to speak with Robert for a while before he decided to let the matter go and stop beating the child. Awo went back to her house but heard the boy crying again at dawn. Robert had locked the child in the room and was beating him again over his missing phone. <\/p>\n<p>Awo said she knocked for a long time before Robert finally opened the door. The moment Robert opened the door, the boy tried to rush out of the room. As soon as the boy tried to run out, his father crashed with a box iron. Awo said the boy fell right in front of her and died on the spot. Robert has been charged for murder and is in Police custody whiles the was taken to the mortuary. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/c6b3442eccda464a9ee77874be39ed3d\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Several murder cases have been recorded and, unfortunately, such incidents occur among families. Anger that was aroused has led to a gruesome murder and Robert is likely to spend the rest of his life in prison. Parents must be careful in how they discipline their children. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ce963e1a63f140c3b723b338046cf29f\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Children are suffering at the hands of angry parents and it is time such things are controlled.
