When the founding fathers and crafters of the American constitution made their government out of three branches which are the executive led by the president, judiciary led by the supreme court, and the legislature led by the congress.<\/span><\/p>\n Their idea was that the politicians sometimes made mistakes, insane promises, and sometimes abuse their powers so it would be incumbent upon the judiciary to make sound and reasonable judgments on areas of dispute. While the politicians are answerable to the people through an election, the judges are guided by the constitution.<\/span><\/p>\n The judges are appointed for life and can only be removed by the court, retirement, or death. The idea was to make sure that once a justice is confirmed and takes a seat on the court, they\u2019re not beholden to anybody. This makes Supreme Court justices free to issue rulings based on the law, rather than political favor.<\/span><\/p>\n Operation Dudula<\/strong><\/p>\n Coming back home we have seen the rise of anti-foreign national rhetoric in the last few months in particular towards the local government elections. ActionSA was at the forefront of this anti-foreign national crusade telling the potential voters that the buildings in Joburg are all hijacked by foreign nationals who are selling drugs and smuggling humans, a serious allegation that warrant our attention and the attention of all security forces the HAWKS and even SANDF.<\/span><\/p>\n Why not if your largest metro has been hijacked by outside invaders selling drugs, doing crime, and taking over buildings. But now ActionSA is in power and it is not rescuing those buildings, where are they by the way? What about the arrests? The RET faction would be glad to see another round of violence just like they were gleeful when the country was burning in July 2021 just to make Ramaphosa look bad.<\/span><\/p>\n The Defenders of WMC<\/strong><\/p>\n What many South Africans are not asking is why only the black Africans are being targeted? Money rules in politics and now there are legitimate questions when it comes to the motive behind attacking black people particularly those who are running a small business vending in townships and working in restaurants.
