A lot happens at shebeens when people are inebriated. What I know is that when people are intoxicated, most of them don’t care whether the eyes are on them or not even when they are doing the unthinkable. Nowadays technology advanced, with that said, people are able to take photos or videos of everything they want to capture.

Recently, there are pictures that surfaced on social media that would make a person wonder what was going on in the minds of the people captured. Word of mouth has it that a tavern called eMalaydini in Port Elizabeth is the best tavern to go to if you want to have some great time.

This is a tavern where alcohol drinkers gather in masses to have fun. Interestingly, what happens in this tavern can make your day a great day in a blink of an eye.

If fashion police could go to this tavern they will have a lot to talk about. It is like the people who go there just dress not to impress but to make other people laugh. The image above says it all. I have noticed that most people who are regulars at this tavern are still young, some even look like they minors.

Drinking alcohol at a young age has effects. Early alcohol use, independent of other risk factors, may contribute to the risk of developing future alcohol problems. Those who begin drinking in their early teens are not only at greater risk of developing alcohol dependence at some point in their lives, they are also at greater risk of developing dependence more quickly and at younger ages, and of developing chronic, relapsing dependence.

Young people are at greater risk of alcohol-related harm than adults. As the brain keeps developing into the mid-twenties, drinking alcohol as a teenager can greatly increase the risk of damage to the developing brain. It can also lead to problems with alcohol later in life.
