He however added that what they receive is something which is not meant for only parliamentarians but also the judiciary service.<\/p>\n<p>He added that at the end of every four years, a committee is being set up to consider the Article 71 for services rendered, but there is nothing like Ex-gratia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is nothing like Ex-gratia. You see there is an article 71 provision of public servants. It is not only the MPs, the judiciary is part of that article 71.
