This article is not going to take me too far, I am just going to focus on our brothers right beside us in West Africa, that is Nigeria.

Aside the impeccable movies given to us by our Ghanaian actors and actresses, Nigerians have also played a great role in making many Ghanaians happy due to the amazing movies they have created over time.

There is no doubt most Ghanaians developed a greater affinity for Nigerian movies at the point in their lives. I remember at a point, some television stations were even showing more Nigerian movies as compared to our local ones.

It is for this reason why I decided to put together this article. Many Nigerian stars ended up being loved by most Ghanaians and it hurts me saying I had to bring up only five of them. I hope you do relate to them.

1. Sam Loco Efe

This man was very serious when it came to acting. One thing I liked about him most was his choice of words. He could really give you big English words which would make you think putting a dictionary beside you while watching his movie is a great idea. Sadly, he died in 2011, may his soul rest in peace

2. Aki and Pawpaw

This is the perfect pair most Ghanaians wanted to see in Nigerian movies. They have really caused trouble and playing the stubborn role together is no big deal for them.

3. Kanayo O. Kanayo and Pete Edochie

These men are who I refer to as the legends. For those of you who have been in the system for too long, you know what these men can do.

4. Mr. Ibu

Whenever you saw this man in a movie, you just knew it was going to be full of comedy. This man just makes fooling look attractive.

5. Osuofia

I must say he gained popularity in Ghana when his “Osuofia in London” movie came out. He is just good when it comes to displaying funny scenes.

Content created and supplied by: the_Kelvin_guy (via Opera
News )

    , . , .
