This gesture from him is a surprise because he did not join other politicians and people who prefer the use of sweet promises and words rather than action.<\/p>\n<p>Aside the 5000 bags of rice which were sent, 5000 tins of mackerel and 1000 gallons of oil were added to the residents of Apiatsi. Many Ghanaians have reacted to this philanthropic act of Ibrahim Mahama. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/54baffed65694663aa218f73262981a9\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/5ddc44b1c81a4e9ba2c82f1b587e366b\"\/>Some decided to cast doubt as to whether the numbers provided to the public were true.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;5000 bags of rice and thousand gallons of oil on 1 trailer? People displaced are less than 500 and on average everybody will expect ten bags of rice. If this expectation is not met, those in charge of the distribution will be accused of diversion.
