Every local delicacy can be prepared hygienically in order to attract more clients for business. This is accomplished by preparing the food with the proper culinary utensils and techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n A Ghanaian food vendor, on the other hand, was captured on camera preparing a ‘ayoyo’ using a broom. The presenter of Adom 106.3 FM unhappily reacted to this video by saying that some food vendors in the country are actually poisoning some roadside food consumers.<\/span><\/p>\n Watching the video carefully, you can see that the woman has set up a place by the roadside preparing food to be sold to people. She has a lot of metallic pots with one on fire. You can see that the one on fire contains the ‘ayoyo’ soup. She was seen putting the broom inside this pot of ‘ayoyo’ soup and sterring it. After this, the she was also seen putting the broom into one of the pot of on the floor.<\/p>\n The presenter on Adom FM show got astonished by the action of the woman in the video so he asked whether this is how ‘ayoyo’ soup is prepared.
