The active cases currently stand at 8,103; as against 9,020 cases in its previous update.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/11012022-fig-1.png\" alt=\"Fig 1\" title=\"Covid-19: Ghana's death toll rises to 1,347\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>According to GHS, a total of 417 new cases have been recorded. These cases were reported from nine regions and the Kotoka International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>Forty-four out of the total Covid-19 cases are considered severe.
