I would think, if you wanted to clear the air on this matter, it’s not on a platform you have an interest in, and works for that can be used to clear yourself or explain yourself, you are the board chairman, on one hand, and a journalist at another how can your explanation carry tangible weight?<\/p>\n
So if you want to explain decisions as board chairman, you take off your journalistic clothes and do so in a preferably another platform say Citi or joy so the outcome has a higher chance of acceptance with less suspicion of bias.<\/p>\n
And to be sincere with you, no boards work the way you’ve started. You have the least of business doing a day-to-day business such as procurement.<\/p>\n
