They face an amended 22-count charge bordering on cyber fr#ud\u00a0and money laundering to the tune of N32.9billion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO:\u00a0<\/strong>Mompha Sues Bobrisky For Defamation, Demands N1bn Compensation<\/p>\n<p>Mompha was first nabbed on October 18, 2019 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport while boarding an Emirates flight to Dubai. He was then taken into custody by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) following a watchlist by the EFCC.<\/p>\n<p>Mompha is alleged to have used his companies to receive illicit funds on behalf of \u2018Yahoo Yahoo boys\u2019 from across the world in return for commission\/percentage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigation has revealed a fr#udulent\u00a0transfer slip of $92,412.75 found in the suspect\u2019s iPhone 8 device.
