TV3 has shown that they are poised to provide viewers with excitement to meet their focus of ” first in news and best in entertainment ”.<\/p>\n
This year’s Mentor X is an exceptional one. As Judge Richie of Lynx entertainment puts in, ” Let’s applaud TV3 for how all the performances have gone so far. In fact, all contestants have performed so well”.<\/p>\n
The Grand Finale was organized at the National Theatre, 8pm on 9th January, 2022 to 12am Monday, 10th January, 2022.<\/p>\n
The show was hosted by Chrystal Kwame Aryee and Nana Kwadwo Addo, all of Media General Group<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The show began with a beautiful intro where all five contestants were in red, walked into a four wheel drive and Confidential sat in the driver’s seat, drove to the National Theatre whilst giving the viewers some powerful rap. The other contestants gave their own performances in the car till they all showed up on the stage of the Grand Finale night.<\/p>\n

Ely and Cina Soul performed the first duet showing some feelings on the show to spice up the night to make the competition tighter.<\/p>\n

Konfidential and Kofi Mole performed ” Odo mafe wo, wakyeoo” and the judges could only applaud the duet. In the performance, Kofi Mole provided Konfidential with a girl friend.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Regi Rockstone, the Grand papa commented that the performance was a land mark, the first time a musician on stage would call his mallam to provide him with a girl ”.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
AJ performed a beautiful duet with Abiana on the ” Adu lee”, a Ga song title translated to’ ” Monkey’ s tail ”.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Wise B’s performance with Eno Barony was the talk of the night as the Judges applauded the two excitedly. One Judge even asked Wise B to change his name to ” Big Wise” due to the extraordinary nature of the performance. Eno’ s outfit matched Wise B’s outfit and Rockstone asked that Wise B buys a house for Eno Barony due to Eno’s awesome support.<\/p>\n

DSL performed an electrifying duet with episode and as usual, Episode shoke the night.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There were other performances by Kwaku Bany, Kweku Darlington and Mr. Drew to spice up the show and all contestants performed their own song.<\/p>\n
Fourth runner up – Wise B won cash prize of 2,000ghs, marketing and promotion on all media platforms and souvenirs from sponsors<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Third runner up – Ely won cash prize of 4,000ghs, marketing and promotion on all media platforms and souvenirs from sponsors<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Second runner up – AJ won cash prize of 6,000ghs , marketing and promotion on all media platforms and souvenirs<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
First runner up – Konfidential won cash prize of 8,000ghs, marketing and promotion on all media platforms and souvenirs<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Overall Best – DSL won first prize, a brand new car, a cash of 10,000ghs, 100,000ghs worth of airtime, signee of Lynx record label and marketing and promotion on all media platforms both local and international.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Fans were extremely excited that DSL won the overall best and the host requested that DSL performed his own song to end the night.<\/p>\n
Mentor X Grand Finale was a great night to behold.<\/p>\n
