The Overlord of the Dormaa State, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II has made a passionate appeal to President Akufo-Addo. Many have tagged the king as pro NDC and as such his commentaries are seen to portray that of an NDC supporter and lover of John Mahama. However, in a recent interview the Dormaahene came out clearly to state that he has no political affiliations. Instead he said he loves any political party that will to develop the country and Dormaa.<\/p>\n
In a new interview today the Dormaahene is seen making an appeal to the president. The king wondered why so many projects of former president John Mahama have been left to rot while the government starts new projects. He cited the Saglemi project and questioned government\u2019s commitment to development. He also cited hospitals in the Ashanti Region like Afari, Kumawu and Fomena and called on the government to act fast.<\/p>\n
\u201cJohn Mahama is not your enemy so why all this? One day you will leave office and will you be happy if your projects are abandoned\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n

According to the Dormaahene it was pathetic that people were on the streets while buildings are rotting because the government says it is investigating finances of the Saglemi project. He also raised the issue of E-block schools in part of the country and charged the government to do the needful. He noted that after 5 years it was a bad sight to see a number of uncompleted projects on the past government when rather successive governments should focus on continuity.<\/p>\n
