Former late President J.J Rawlings was the 1st president of Ghana under the democratic regime. He ruled Ghana for almost 20 years. That’s a record that will never be broken. He died on 12th November, 2020. He allegedly died due to the COVID-19 disease.<\/p>\n

The man was one of the greatest there is and his death shook Ghana. He is the founder of the modern day NDC. Looking back at his records and lifestyle, he really lived a great life. After living to a ripe old age of 73 years, he was called to glory.<\/p>\n

J.J Rawlings got married to Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings and he gave birth to 4 children who are now fully grown adults. They are Zanetor, Kimathi, Amina and Yaa Asantewaa. Kimathi is the only male amongst them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Above are pictures of his burial ceremony and his family. He was buried in Burma Camp on January 27th of last year. It has been over one year since he died and his absence is still very much felt. May his soul continue to rest in peace.<\/p>\n
