Sergeant Nicholas Owusu Frimpong.<\/p>\n<p>He was later arrested following Police investigations into the incident, a statement by the Police said on Monday, January 3.<\/p>\n<p>PRO of the Ghana Armed Forces, Commander Andy La-Anyane speaking on the incident mentioned that Flt.
