The famed artist of Senegalese heritage declared that Black Sherif is one of his favourites and that, in the absence of a large label, he would sign him.<\/p>\n – –<\/span> \u201cI\u2019m a huge fan of Black Sherif right now. I think it may be because he just reminded me of my energy of myself when I came out. I have received such comments from superstars like Snoop Dogg but I am not allowing all that to get to my head.<\/p>\n \u201cI see them as compliments and a challenge for me to do more.
