{"id":1270679,"date":"2022-12-28T02:56:54","date_gmt":"2022-12-28T02:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/12\/28\/citi-tv-fm-donates-to-eastern-regional-hospital\/"},"modified":"2022-12-28T02:56:54","modified_gmt":"2022-12-28T02:56:54","slug":"citi-tv-fm-donates-to-eastern-regional-hospital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/12\/28\/citi-tv-fm-donates-to-eastern-regional-hospital\/","title":{"rendered":"Citi TV\/FM donates to Eastern Regional Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Citi Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Citi FM\/Citi TV has donated food items and toiletries to the Eastern Regional Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The donation was done as part of the media house\u2019s\u00a0annual \u201cHelp A Christmas Child\u201d initiative which seeks to put smiles on the faces of children during the festive season.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904171 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/80661B3C-D903-4857-AFC9-441830C0B649.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\"  \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904172 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/8B817EFA-2225-445B-AEC5-6F1BE4DBBCFE.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\"  \/>Presenting the items, Head of News at Citi FM\/Citi TV, Vivian Kai Lokko indicated her hope that the items will help complement what the hospital already has to make its operations easy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904171 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/80661B3C-D903-4857-AFC9-441830C0B649.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\"  \/><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904169 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/3334E4F0-EC7C-4F0F-B3FD-81EB72A0C444.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Management and Staff of Citi FM and Citi FM earlier visited the <strong>St. Joseph Orthopaedic Hospital<\/strong> at Koforidua in the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n<p>Food items, assorted drinks among other items were given to the patients.<\/p>\n<p>The annual Boxing Day trip was bolstered with donations from corporate organizations and benevolent patrons of Citi FM and Citi TV.<\/p>\n<p>While donating the items at the St. Joseph Orthopaedic Hospital, the Human Resource Manager of Citi FM\/Citi TV, Jennifer Anane-Nsiah said the gesture is aimed at helping to alleviate the plight of the patients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCiti FM\/TV, we care, we just do not talk on-air, we actually make an effort to make an impact.
