We were sure of the parliamentary seats we had so if we didn\u2019t collate the results, how then did we announce the number of seats we had won? \u201d she quizzed.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<p>This comes on the back of a viral tape of the NDC\u2019s General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia purporting that the party did not have concrete evidence during the 2020 election petition at the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>General Mosquito, who was the star witness for the petitioner, former President John Mahama, claimed the figures presented to him would have humiliated him in court.<\/p>\n<p>At an event believed to be a meeting with NDC members, Mr Nketia said astute lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata\u2019s initial hesitance was due to the fact that the collated results supervised by the party\u2019s National Chairman Ofosu-Ampofo was poorly done.<\/p>\n<p>He alleged that Mr Ofosu-Ampofo had claimed that the computers with which they were initially collating the results crashed and therefore resorted to manual collation.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the development on Adom FM\u2019s <strong>Dwaso Nsem<\/strong>, Madam Asamoah who is also a lawyer said it is hard for her to come to the terms with the revelations.<\/p>\n<p>She noted she doesn\u2019t know the reason behind Mr Nketia\u2019s tape considering the time the party finds itself in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Election petition: Drama as Asiedu Nketia mounts witness box [Video]<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Election petition ruling: What Mahama said about Asiedu Nketia [Listen]<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>She added she may not be privy to certain information her boss has which made him make those comments and will not want to delve deeper into the issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome of the things are hard to comprehend and I don\u2019t want to discredit anyone because I don\u2019t know the basis for the claims. I also don\u2019t think it is appropriate for me to respond because nobody in the party has responded since the tape came out.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome of the things happening in the campaign are unfortunate and disheartening but what can we do?
