Rapper, M.anifest, says he does not know what would prevent artistes from performing at concerts they have been booked for.<\/p>\n
He said this when he was asked to highlight some factors that may result in artistes not showing up at concerts they have been billed to perform at.<\/p>\n
In an interview with Doreen Avio<\/strong> on Daybreak Hitz<\/strong>, M.anifest noted that the discussion surrounding why artistes abandon shows is a difficult subject, and as such, he does not intend to offer any opinion on it.<\/p>\n \u201cSometimes sort of knowing some of the things that go on, I\u2019m not so eager to make commentary about these things. I just have the advantage of doing Manifestivities and other things, but Charley until you know, I can\u2019t be conjecturing I will leave it up to you guys in the media,\u201d he said on Hitz FM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n He however commended artistes and event organizers struggling to put out their works, despite the economic struggles the country is currently facing.<\/p>\n \u201cBeing in Ghana, in general, is very tough putting on events, and there are so many things that are happening. So I always send vim and ginger to everyone doing events, from the artistes to everybody doing successfully, because I know everything can go wrong,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n M.anifest\u2019s comments follow the discussion surrounding Wizkid\u2019s failure to show up on stage at a concert at the Accra Sports Stadium, on Saturday, December 11.<\/p>\n According to Wizkid, his performance couldn\u2019t come off due to safety difficulties.
