The black market spot harbors all kinds of illegal sales of petroleum products,  Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), otherwise called petrol, and similar products to willing buyers.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/187cc6b81078480bae4b21001b547638\"\/><\/p>\n<p>SaharaReporters on September 13, 2021, reported the explosion of a fuel tanker \u2018in the early hours of Monday in Yola, the capital of Adamawa state. <span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">With this explosion happening over one year later, many citizens are querying the authorities for failing to take appropriate action against people handling petroleum products without recourse to safety rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>APC has failed Nigerians \u2013 Kwankwaso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The presidential standard-bearer of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, has described the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as dead political parties who have nothing good to offer the country anymore.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/1e820264c48d465d800d36872ebde17e\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: Daily Post Nigeria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kwankwaso disclosed during his visit to Ado-Ekiti, as part of his campaign tour in the Southwest part of the country, to canvass for votes ahead of the February 2023 general polls. Speaking at the Palace of the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe, berated both parties over what he termed bad leadership, and economic problems, adding that the two major political parties have failed the nation.<\/p>\n<p>The former Governor of Kano State recounted achievements his administration garnered when he was the Governor, saying such would make life more abundant for every Nigerian citizen if elected come 2023. \u201cAPC and PDP are dead, they are finished, and it is our party that will win the next year\u2019s Presidential Election by God\u2019s grace, we are on the ground in the North, and we will win the polls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tinubu Will Win With Landslide In South West\u2013APC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the 2023 presidential election hots up, the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed assurance that its presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will win in the Southwest with a landslide victory.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/c2f66fafa59444f39bda0389ebcf1192\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: Daily Post Nigeria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the ruling party through its National Vice Chairman (South West), Isaac Kekemeke, APC will conquer the entire six states within the region. While speaking to newsmen in Akure, Ondo State capital, Kekemeke stated that the disunity within the APC fold in the runup to the 2019 poll made the party lose to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo and Osun states in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Kekemeke, who described the victory of the PDP in the two states as \u201cone chance\u201d emphasized that the APC is now one big family in the region, hence its readiness to secure a high number of votes for Tinubu. \u201cWe had an unprecedented outstanding governorship victory in 2020 because the factors that militated against our success in those states in 2019 were no longer in place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LP postpones presidential campaign in Ekiti, Ondo over \u2018unusual circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The Labour Party (LP) says it has postponed its presidential campaign rallies for Ekiti and Ondo states. <\/span>The party announced the postponement of the presidential campaign rally in Ekiti and Ondo states in a post on its official Twitter handle.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/bb0e8ae71e7e472cb8c132e807a282d5\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: The Cable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the post, the rally was suspended due to \u201cunavoidable and unusual circumstances\u201d. The campaign rallies were initially fixed for December 15 and 16 in Ekiti and Ondo states, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The LP apologized to its supporters over the development and said new dates for the campaign rallies would be announced. \u201cDue to some unavoidable and unusual circumstances beyond control, our earlier scheduled Presidential Campaign Rally in Ekiti &amp; Ondo for 15th and 16th December 2023 are hereby POSTPONED. A new date will be announced.
