For instance, GHS1.4billion allocation to contingency vote , we shouldn\u2019t give him that,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Majority Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu\u00a0for his part said \u201cSome roads have begun, Intention is to ensure that they don\u2019t deteriorate, they are not left unattended to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The House is yet to approve the Appropriation Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this in a tweet, Mr Otchere-Darko who is also a former Executive Director of the Danquah Institute said \u201cBesides debt restructuring, we can\u2019t rule out the positive impact of the quick decision by Parliament to pass the budget on the strengthening of the cedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe market reacts well to predictability, certainty &#038; decisiveness.
