One of the players who has held the Ghana Black Stars\u2019 midfield down during the absence of Thomas Partey is Real Malorca\u2019s Iddrisu Baba. His natural abilities and the quality he possesses in the midfield position was key for the Black Stars in the last few games that has been played.<\/span><\/p>\n

In what appeared to be the final game of the Spanish La Liga before the league breaks for the World Cup competition, Ghana\u2019s Iddrissu Baba was seen limping off in the first half of the match against Atletico Madrid and was subsequently substituted in the second half.<\/span><\/p>\n

The extent of his injury is currently unknown as checks and scans will be completed today and an update given. However, should the player suffer an injury with a few days left until the start of the world cup, it is believed that Mubarak Wakaso will be the replacement for the player.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
