A public announcement of a price increase for Bibles sold by the Bible Society of Ghana has been made.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The notification said that the hike will go into effect on November 10, 2022, owing to rising costs associated with import duties and inflation.<\/p>\n

As on the 10th of November, 2022, we will be revising our pricing of Bibles slightly higher to account for the high rate of inflation and the high cost of clearing [goods] from the ports. The note concluded with a prayer thanking readers for their patience.<\/p>\n

The Bible Society of Ghana, whose mission is to make God\u2019s Word accessible and inexpensive, is the country\u2019s primary Bible distributor. The Society is well-known for selling Bibles at low costs that are seldom raised.<\/p>\n

As a result of the present economic crisis, many people find themselves unable to purchase what was previously within their financial grasp.<\/p>\n
