Crentsil, held his final funeral rites.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony occurred at Bethel Methodist Society Park, Community 8 in Tema.<\/p>\n<p>Present to mourn with the family was former President\u00a0John Mahama\u00a0who joined scores of Ghanaians including creative arts industry players.<\/p>\n<p>It was a solemn remembrance service for a very talented and creative songwriter who entertained and educated all with his music for decades.<\/p>\n<p>A.B Crentsil was later buried in his hometown, at Ewoyaa, near Saltpond in the Central Region.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-172-1024x681.png\" alt=\"Mahama mourns with A.B Crenstil\u2019s family\" class=\"wp-image-2180624 lazy\" title=\"Mahama mourns with A.B Crenstil\u2019s family\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>The Highlife star died at The Bank Hospital, Accra on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>AB Crentsil had 25 albums to his credit.
