Kanye West has reportedly \u201cpaid a settlement\u201d to a former employee who alleged that he had \u201cpraised\u201d Adolf Hitler.<\/p>\n
The 45-year-old rap star \u2013 who caused controversy last month when he tweeted that he was about to \u201cgo death con 3\u201d on Jewish people \u2013 is said to have admired the late Nazi party leader who instigated the murder of six million Jews through the Holocaust from 1939 until 1945.<\/p>\n
However, the \u201cStronger\u201d rapper \u2013 who was previously married to reality superstar Kim Kardashian, 42, and has children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, with her \u2013 has now reportedly paid off the former employee for an undisclosed amount, according to documents obtained by NBC News.<\/p>\n
Watch video:<\/strong><\/p>\n The outlet went on to allege that six others who have worked with West \u2013 who legally changed his name to Ye in 2021 \u2013 had also \u201cheard him mention conspiracy theories about Jewish people or praise Hitler.\u201d<\/p>\n Conceptual artist Ryder Ripps worked with Ye on a sporadic basis from 2014 until 2018 and claimed that even though he had \u201cpushed back\u201d on the comments at the time, the words \u201cdidn\u2019t seem that dangerous\u201d.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cBut this is dangerous, and disgusting, and actually violent. With this pattern that\u2019s happening and with the doubling and tripling down of all this, it\u2019s pretty obvious that this is some kind of disgusting, hate-filled, strange Nazi obsession.\u201d<\/p>\n It comes just days after the former employee himself \u2013 who chose to remain anonymous for the comments \u2013 claimed that Ye thought it was \u201cincredible\u201d that Hitler had managed to \u201caccumulate so much power\u201d and do \u201cgreat things\u201d<\/p>\n He said: \u201cHe would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kanye West has reportedly \u201cpaid a settlement\u201d to a former employee who alleged that he had \u201cpraised\u201d Adolf Hitler.
