It\u2019s unclear where Takeoff or Quavo were in relation to him at that moment.<\/p>\n<p>Houston PD told TMZ they have seen this video, and have deemed the man a person of interest. They have not identified him yet.<\/p>\n<p>As we reported, Takeoff was standing a few feet behind Quavo early Tuesday morning outside the Houston bowling alley when things got heated.<\/p>\n<p>After the gunfire \u2014 at least 10 shots were fired \u2014 Takeoff had been hit in the head, and was pronounced dead on the scene.
