(sic)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response, an account called Republicans against Trumpism asked the new Twitter boss: \u201cSo why did you restore already Kanye West\u2019s account? Twitter should not be a platform to spew racism and antisemitism (sic)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elon, who is a friend of the controversial rap star, then explained: \u201cYe\u2019s account was restored by Twitter before the acquisition.
