A New Constitution or this country will soon perish. Mark my words. We will back in this crisis again. Even if we get out of it at some point.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Oliver Barker&#8217;s comments comes in wake of economic crisis facing Ghana. The Ghana cedi has been on free fall, causing massive depreciation. Following that, prices of goods and services have gone up.
